Bookmobile

The Bookmobile has a large collection of children’s books covering a variety of subjects in both English and Spanish comprised of:

• popular fiction
• nonfiction
• audio books
• periodicals
• graphic novels
• comic books
• videos and DVDs

The Bookmobile visits schools on a three-week rotation throughout the school year. The Bookmobile also delivers materials requested from the collections at the Main Library, Eola Road Branch or West Branch. Patrons may return their materials from any of the Aurora Public Library’s stationary locations to the Bookmobile.

In addition, the Bookmobile has community stops conveniently located throughout the city to serve patrons of all ages. The Bookmobile carries an extensive collection of large print books for adults, high interest fiction and nonfiction for teens and a wide variety of popular materials for children.

The Bookmobile and its staff is available for special events such as, but not limited to:

• parades
• citywide festivals
• school celebrations and events
• block parties
• community events
