Computer Reservation System: Click here to reserve a PC
Read our Internet and Computer Use Policy
To provide a fair system in assigning computers to users and to manage computer sessions and equipment more efficiently the library has a automated Computer Reservation System.
The library computer users will be assigned a computer session through the reservation system for an established length of time depending on the number of computers available, the number of current computer sessions, and the number of people waiting to use a computer.
A valid Aurora Public Library Card number will be required to reserve a session to use one of the public access computers available at any one of the three library locations.
Non-residents may purchase a library card for an annual fee. A special “Computer Use Only” card is also available.
The Library has a debit card system for library patrons wanting to print from the public access computers.
Patrons will be able to obtain a debit card for $1.00 at one of the debit card machines at all three-library locations. The initial $1.00 fee will include a fifty-cent credit toward printed copies. Additional money can be added to the card beyond the initial $1.00.
Print-outs are ten cents for black and white ($0.10) and $1.00 for color
