AURORA PUBLIC LIBRARY MEETING ROOM USE APPLICATION
The Aurora Public Library maintains virtual meeting room space through the Zoom online platform for customers of the library. These spaces are available for public use when not needed for library meetings or events.
MEETING ROOMS
The library welcomes the use of its virtual meeting rooms by organizations engaged in informational, educational, cultural, and civic activities. Preference is given to local and non-profit organizations in support of the library's mission. Use of meeting rooms does not imply endorsement, support, or co-sponsorship by Aurora Public Library of the group's policies, beliefs, or activities. The library excludes the use of all virtual meeting spaces for political rallies, religious services, or any activities that materially and substantially interfere with the function, purpose and mission of the library.
Please see our Meeting Room Policy for Eligibility and general guidelines for use: https://aurora.libnet.info/images/pdfs/aurora/Meeting_and_Study_Room_Policy_2019_2_.pdf
