In this workshop, attendees will be introduced to the concept of Mindfulness and will experience some simple practices and ways to begin to be in the present moment throughout daily life.
This workshop will be led by Chris George from the organization, Mindful Living. Participants will be taught proven mindfulness awareness and concentration practices. Attendees will learn how to ease a busy mind, direct and sustain attention, investigate emotions and feelings, cultivate compassion for themselves and others, and improve communication in their relationships.
This is a hybrid program that will meet in-person as well as virtually over Zoom and Facebook Live.
