Meeting Rooms

The Aurora Public Library District welcomes the use of its meeting rooms by organizations engaged in informational, educational, cultural, and civic activities.

Pre-Reservation Meeting Room FAQ

How far in advance can I make a meeting room reservation?

No more than 60 days.

Can I use a meeting room without a library card?

Yes.

Is there a minimum time the meeting room can be reserved for?

Meeting rooms must be reserved for a minimum of one hour.

Is the meeting room automatically approved?

No, a staff member will review your request and contact you to confirm your booking within 7 days.

Are there outlets available?

Yes, standard wall outlets are available in all meeting rooms.

Is there Wi-Fi in all the rooms?

Yes, wi-fi is available in all meeting rooms.

What kind of technology is available to use during my reservation?

Audiovisual equipment is available and varies by room and library location.

Is food allowed in the meeting rooms?

A maintenance fee will be applied if food or beverage is served.

How many people are allowed in a meeting room?

Capacity varies per room.

Can I view the room ahead of time?

Click on the name of the study room on the “Reserve a room” page to view a picture of the room.

When is payment due? 

At the time of the rental date.
